Chad's Triathlete Hummus
Jalapeno Lime Three-pepper Hummus Recipe
- Soak garbanzo beans for 24 hours
- Cook garbanzo beans for 2 hours
- Freeze beans in 200g batches, ready for thawing in the microwave and for the recipe below
- Blend:
- 200g garbanzo beans
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 or 2 tbsp fine-chopped pickles jalapeno
- 1/4-1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp pickled jalepeno juice
- the juice of two limes
